Shipping & Returns Policy

Flat rate shipping within the United States including Alaska and Hawaii is $4 USD. FREE shipping is offered for domestic orders over $45 USD (not including sales tax or shipping) ONLY for United States orders.

Worldwide shipping is available to select destinations** An estimate of shipping costs will be available at checkout before submitting payment.

Please allow 1-3 business days for processing, all orders are shipped Monday-Friday. Orders placed Friday- Sunday will be processed on Monday.

Once an order has been shipped and a tracking number has been sent, Radiante Beauty is no longer in possession or has authority of the package. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. You will have to contact the United States Postal Service for more information about your package.

By removing Route Package Protection from your cart, Radiante Beauty is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If a package has been shipped and returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address provided by a customer, the customer will be responsible for the re delivery cost. We are not responsible for packages not delivered correctly due to incorrect shipping information provided.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

For sanitary purposes, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. All sales are final. In the unlikely event, you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we will gladly review it within three days of when you receive your order.
