For sanitary purposes, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. All sales are final. In the unlikely event, you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we will gladly review it within three days of when you receive your order. Please contact us at info@radiantebeauty.com including your order number, full name, email address, and images of your damaged items.
By removing Route Package Protection from your cart Radiante Beauty is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once you select the check box of accepting terms and conditions at checkout, we are not responsible for packages not delivered correctly. No exceptions.
If you insured your order with Route+ at checkout, you will receive a confirmation email from Route with a link to file a claim. You can also file a claim here: https://claims.route.com/ Please have your Order ID or the Route Order ID ready when submitting a claim form.
Once an order has been submitted we cannot modify or cancel your order.
Worldwide shipping is available to select destinations** An estimate of shipping costs will be available at checkout before submitting payment. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages shipped outside of the United States.
Flat rate shipping within the United States including Alaska and Hawaii is $4 USD. FREE shipping is offered for domestic orders over $40 USD (not including sales tax or shipping) ONLY for United States orders. *Route Protection Package is an additional $0.98 USD for orders under $100 USD. 2% for orders over $100. By selecting Route Protection Package this insures your package is eligible for lost or stolen package claims through Route+. See question above for international shipping.
A tracking number will be emailed to you when your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to become active.
All orders placed on Monday-Friday between 9am-6pm Central Time please allow 1-3 business days for processing. Orders placed Friday-Sunday after 6pm Central Time will be processed the following Monday.
Once you select the check box of accepting terms and conditions at checkout, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address provided for an order. Once the order has been submitted, we cannot alter incorrect mailing address. If a package has been shipped and returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address provided by a customer, the customer will be responsible for the re-delivery cost.
